Crowders Mountain Fire & Rescue Hiring for Firefighter and EMT Positions

Crowders Mountain Fire and Rescue taking applications for the position of firefighter and EMT. CMFR is conducting its process different this year compared to previous years with the Fire Division and the EMS Division running a process at the same time.
We do not want to confuse potential applicants and want to stress that there are two different processes available to potential applicants. The attached documents are our official announcements for both, full time and part time, positions in respective divisions.
This is not the process for the Fire Chief position. Please seewww.cmvfr.org for information regarding the Fire Chief process.

The Hughs Pond Fire Department recently took delivery of a new Engine to replacing an older apparatus. The new engine is a Custom 2019 Ferrera with 1250 GPM and 1000 Gallon tank.
